Yaple's Return Policy
If you receive your item and you have a question or concern please contact me via email or phone, most concerns should be easily handled.
All of our items are made to high quality standards and I strive to accurately represent all items offered for sale on this website. There may be some variation on dye color for items all efforts are made to reduce this but it may happen. It is recommended that you check with your Reenactment Unit as to the suitablility of the products I offer before purchase this should reduce any need for a return.
Since there is variation from various suppliers for sword sheaths, bayonet scabbards etc. my leather goods for these items will not be prepunched for lockets this will be the responsibility of the purchaser. At the request of the purchaser I may punch the holes if supplied measurements to locket placement, since this would be done at the request of the purchaser the item would be considered a custom item and would not be returnable (sorry but if wrong measurements are supplied I cannot cover this)..
Refunds will be made under the following conditions.
1) Yaple's Trading Post must be notified within 5 days of receipt of your item(s) with your concern.
2) Items must be returned in original resaleable condition.( If you mess up making a locket hole I do not cover that.)
3) Items must be returned to Yaple's Trading Post within 20 days of receipt of items.
4) Items being returned must be insured by the sender, a tracking number from your shipper is also required.
5) Only the original purchase price and shipping will be refunded. Return shipping is the reponsibilty of the person returning the items.
Any custom ordered items (items made by special request) are NOT refundable.
If a concern on workmenship happens with our products after it is put into use, please contact Yaple's Trading Post with your concern. At the discretion of Yaple's Trading Post the item may be repaired or replaced provided it is in used not abused condition. If a return is authorized all shipping costs are the responsibilty of the person returning the items. A small service fee may also be charged.
